We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund.
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories.

For hygiene and licensing reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened — including software licenses, activated subscriptions, and custom-configured hardware — unless they are defective.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges.
Email Sales@techspoteg.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you and arrange collection or drop-off.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit / cash for cash-on-delivery orders) within 7–14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For faulty or incorrect items, Tech Spot covers all shipping costs.
Items still under manufacturer warranty are handled as warranty repairs/replacements rather than returns. Contact us and we'll manage the process for you.
